Objetivo del rol:

Garantizar la disponibilidad, calidad y eficiencia de los servicios de TV e Internet de la red HFC y Fibra Óptica, mediante la supervisión estratégica del despacho de cuadrillas de Planta Externa, asegurando cumplimiento de SLA y optimización de recursos basada en análisis de KPIs y dashboards.

Principales Responsabilidades

• Liderar al equipo de Despacho de Redes, asegurando alineación con objetivos del área y desempeño óptimo.

• Supervisar y controlar todas las operaciones de despacho de cuadrillas de Planta Externa.

• Analizar indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) y dashboards para tomar decisiones estratégicas que optimicen tiempos de respuesta, eficiencia de recursos y cumplimiento de SLA.

• Planificar y priorizar la asignación de cuadrillas externas según criticidad, tipo de tarea y disponibilidad de recursos.

• Elaborar reportes periódicos sobre desempeño de cuadrillas, calidad del servicio y cumplimiento de objetivos.

• Coordinar con supervisores técnicos y áreas de desarrollo para implementar mejoras en procesos y herramientas de gestión.

• Organizar reuniones de seguimiento y retroalimentación con el equipo técnico para identificar oportunidades de mejora.

• Garantizar el cumplimiento de procedimientos, normas y políticas internas en todas las operaciones.

Experiencia y educación:

• Ingeniero en Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Redes o carreras afines al negocio.

• Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años en coordinación o supervisión de operaciones de Planta Externa (HFC, Fibra Óptica o similares), incluyendo experiencia liderando equipos.

• Experiencia en análisis de métricas, dashboards y toma de decisiones basada en datos.

Conocimientos especificos:

• Conocimiento avanzado de redes HFC, Fibra Óptica e IP.

• Manejo de herramientas de monitoreo de redes y gestión de incidentes.

• Experiencia en gestión de reportes y herramientas de productividad (Excel avanzado, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint).

• Capacidad de liderazgo, coordinación de equipos y toma de decisiones bajo presión.

• Idiomas: Español fluido, Inglés intermedio (deseable), Guaraní.
