Propósito del Puesto: Asegurar la correcta medición y cumplimiento de los niveles de desempeño y calidad de las redes móviles y fijas, mediante el monitoreo continuo, análisis de indicadores y coordinación con las áreas responsables para corregir desviaciones, garantizando una experiencia óptima para clientes internos y externos.
Responsabilidades Principales
Asegurar, medir y reportar el desempeño de la red y la calidad del servicio utilizando herramientas especializadas de monitoreo y visualización (Grafana, Zabbix, OSS, etc)
Detectar degradaciones y garantizar acciones correctivas oportunas.
Generar y analizar métricas clave (PI, KQI, SLA).
Preparar informes periódicos del desempeño de la red fija y móvil.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de indicadores a nivel local y regional.
Apoyar en la predicción de demanda futura según crecimiento de usuarios y servicios.
Proveer información clave para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
Coordinar con stakeholders internos el cumplimiento de metas de desempeño.
Definir y dar seguimiento a planes de acción para mejora continua.
Participar en auditorías y garantizar la integridad de los datos reportados.
Ejecutar controles internos bajo marcos SOX, NIST y lineamientos corporativos.
Apoyar en pruebas y homologación de dispositivos y servicios para garantizar su correcto funcionamiento en la red.
Colaborar en planes BCM/DRP para asegurar la disponibilidad de los servicios.
💼 Requisitos:
Graduado/a en Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas, Electrónica o carreras afines. Maestría deseable. Certificaciones relacionadas al rol.
+5 años de experiencia como administrador de plataformas o roles similares.
Manejo de ingles intermedio.
Experiencia previa en monitoreo y análisis de redes (móviles y/o fijas).
Manejo de Microsoft Office.
