The Opportunity

This role serves as the business owner and strategic leader of the Walmart Collaborative Ordering capability, with end-to-end accountability for defining the long-term vision, operating model, roadmap, governance, deployment and value realization of one of PepsiCo's most strategic customer collaboration capabilities.

The role is responsible for transforming the replenishment process between PepsiCo and Walmart by integrating collaborative planning, predictive analytics, AI-driven ordering capabilities and digital decision support into a scalable commercial operating model.

Beyond delivering technology, the position defines how Commercial, CPFR, Supply Chain, Data & Analytics and Digital functions collaborate to improve product availability, optimize inventory, increase sales and strengthen strategic customer partnerships.

The position owns capability prioritization, investment recommendations, business cases, customer alignment, operating model evolution and long-term value realization, ensuring the capability becomes a core pillar of PepsiCo's commercial transformation agenda.

Because of its enterprise impact, customer exposure and cross-functional complexity, the role requires senior leadership capable of influencing Directors, Vice Presidents and Global Digital teams while leading multidisciplinary organizations without direct authority.

Your Impact

As Technology Strat & Innov Manager your scope would consist of … 

• Own the end-to-end Walmart Collaborative Ordering capability, defining its roadmap, governance, operating model and long-term evolution to maximize commercial value. (Accountable for business ownership and capability strategy.)
  
• Lead strategic collaboration with Walmart, aligning business priorities, defining joint initiatives and strengthening collaborative replenishment processes. (Accountable for customer collaboration.)
  
• Define and prioritize business capabilities, translating commercial needs into digital solutions, predictive models and technology investments. (Accountable for capability roadmap and prioritization.)
  
• Drive cross-functional leadership across Commercial, CPFR, Supply Chain, Digital, IT, Finance and Analytics to ensure successful execution and business alignment. (Accountable for enterprise execution.)
  
• Lead deployment and enterprise adoption, ensuring scalable implementation, governance and sustained business adoption across the organization. (Accountable for deployment and adoption.)
  
• Own business performance and value realization, monitoring In-Stock, Net Revenue, Fill Rate, Forecast Accuracy and other commercial KPIs to ensure delivery of expected business benefits. (Accountable for business performance and financial impact.)
  
• Develop business cases and recommend investment priorities that support the long-term evolution of Collaborative Ordering and maximize commercial value. (Accountable for business case development and investment recommendations.)
  
• Provide executive governance by communicating capability performance, risks, opportunities and strategic recommendations to senior leadership while driving continuous improvement of the Collaborative Ordering capability. (Accountable for executive governance and capability evolution.)

Who Are We Looking For?

• Strong experience in Commercial Strategy, Customer Collaboration and Modern Trade.
  Proven experience leading CPFR, Replenishment or Demand Planning initiatives.
  
• Experience defining digital product roadmaps and business capabilities.
  
• Knowledge of Predictive Analytics, AI-driven decision support and data-driven business models.
  
• Strong Program & Portfolio Management experience, leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  
• Financial acumen with experience developing business cases, value realization and investment prioritization.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and strategic customers.
  
• Experience leading digital transformation and organizational change in cross-functional environments.
  
• Innovation: Identify automation opportunities and drive process simplification to improve productivity and customer service.
  
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect business priorities with long-term transformation objectives and identify opportunities that maximize commercial value.
