Objetivo del puesto

Asegurar la disponibilidad técnica de los edificios para la venta de servicios Home mediante la coordinación integral del relevamiento, diseño, cableado, pruebas y migración de cuentas. Es responsable de articular a todas las áreas involucradas (Rollout, Diseño, Field Service, Ventas) para que el montaje se ejecute en tiempo y con Calidad.

Experiencia laboral y educación

Experiencia: 2 años responsabilidades similares.
Área: preferible en Comercial o similar.
Educación: Estudiante universitario de la carrera de Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Técnico en Electrónica o similar.
Inglés Intermedio.

Responsabilidades y tareas relevantes

• Coordinar relevamientos, diseño, tirada de fibra, montaje de cajas, splitters y distribución interna.
• Validar planos, cantidades de unidades, nodos, potencia y condiciones del edificio.
• Enviar órdenes de trabajo y calendarizar ingreso de cuadrillas.

• Realizar inspecciones in situ en los lugares de montaje, a fin de efectuar el relevamiento técnico necesario y asegurar la correcta ejecución de los trabajos.

• Hacer seguimiento diario del avance físico hasta finalización del cableado.
• Coordinar con Rollout el diseño de red y factibilidad técnica.
• Coordinar con Field Service pruebas ATP y corrección de fallas.
• Gestionar permisos, accesos y comunicación con administradores y encargados.
• Informar avances al canal comercial para habilitar ventas.
• Solicitar ATP una vez terminado el montaje.
• Coordinar migración de cuentas existentes a la nueva red.
• Validar unificación de direcciones, nomenclatura y datos en sistemas.
• Coordinar auditorías técnicas para detectar cuentas clandestinas o mal conectadas.
• Cargar avances en Lucas, Ayuda Online, Siebel u otros sistemas.
• Generar reportes semanales de edificios cableados, migrados y habilitados a ventas.
• Asegurar que los edificios se habiliten en los plazos comprometidos para ventas.
• Coordinar acciones con Ejecutivo Canal Edificios y Ventas Directas según avance técnico.
• Asegurar que la ejecución técnica no frene la conversión comercial del canal.
• Realizar todas las acciones que sean necesarias para lograr las metas establecidas propias del sector, de acuerdo al marco legal y a las normas/políticas y procedimientos vigentes, teniendo en cuenta que las funciones establecidas en esta descripción de cargo no son limitativas sino enunciativas.
