We are looking for an "IT Project Manager with MS Project" to support project planning and coordination activities for an important automotive company based in Barcelona.
In this role, you will focus on organizing and structuring project information, translating project inputs into clear planning structures within MS Project, and ensuring proper workflow visibility across multiple initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams to monitor dependencies, analyze potential impacts of changes, and support project governance.
TASKS 🚀:
• Manage and maintain project planning structures using MS Project, ensuring accurate representation of project timelines and workflows.
• Translate project information and inputs into structured plans with clearly defined dependencies and milestones.
• Analyze interdependencies between projects and assess the impact of timeline or scope changes.
• Support workflow management and project coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Participate in internal project meetings to track progress and gather relevant updates.
• Assist with requirements gathering when necessary, ensuring information is properly reflected in project planning tools.
• Provide project tracking, reporting, and progress monitoring through structured planning and KPI tracking.
• Support teams in maintaining project visibility and governance standards.
• Ensure project plans remain updated, accurate, and aligned with project objectives.
SKILLS 🤹:
• Advanced knowledge of MS Project and project workflow management.
• Strong understanding of IT project lifecycle management.
• Experience managing project dependencies, timelines, and resource planning.
• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and project governance practices.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or ERP implementation projects.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, GLPI, Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to SAP or Microsoft Dynamics environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills for impact analysis and project planning adjustments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Valid driving license and availability to travel when required.
NICE TO HAVE:
• Previous experience working in the automotive industry.
• Experience supporting multi-project environments with complex dependencies.
• Certification or training in project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Experience working in onsite project coordination roles.
SCHEDULE 🕘:
08/09h -17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
CONDITIONS 🌱:
• Initial contract of 4–6 months, with possible extension.
• Full-time onsite position in Barcelona.
