About the location:
Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.About the role
The Steward supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness. This role is part of the Food & Beverage department, reporting into the Head Chef.
What you will do
Clean and sanitize tableware, glass, and silver using a dish machine
Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
Maintain the silver polishing program
Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
What you bring
Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of hygiene standards and kitchen operations.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to cleanliness, organization, and safety, ensuring all kitchen and stewarding areas are maintained to the highest standards.

Lo que harás
Limpiar y desinfectar vajilla, cristalería y cubertería utilizando una máquina lavavajillas.
Mantener la limpieza y desinfección de todo el equipo principal de cocina, así como de las instalaciones culinarias y de alimentos y bebidas.
Limpiar y desinfectar ollas, sartenes y utensilios de cocina.
Mantener el programa de pulido de la cubertería.
Utilizar y manejar productos químicos y de limpieza de forma segura.
Lo que aportas
Formación académica: Título de educación secundaria o experiencia equivalente, con un sólido entendimiento de los estándares de higiene y operaciones de cocina.
Atención al detalle: Enfoque meticuloso en la limpieza, organización y seguridad, asegurando que todas las áreas de cocina y stewarding se mantengan en los más altos estándares.
