Gestión / ejecución operativa de tienda (apertura y cierre de tienda, apertura y cierre de caja, gestión de horarios y planificación de tareas del equipo, gestión de almacén, gestión de inventarios, recepción de mercancía)
Gestión / ejecución comercial de tienda (análisis de indicadores de ventas, implementación de estrategias comerciales, montaje de campaña, gestión, visual, escaparate, imagen de tienda)
Gestión / ejecución de gestión de personas y equipo (ingreso de personal, garantizar formaciones de producto y corporativas, realizar evaluaciones de desempeño y feedback, gestión de metas individuales de venta, incidencias, bajas de personal)
